The following article offers all the information you need on how to download it, how to set up your radio, and what you can do once it's working for you. The Icom RS-BA1 is a Radio Base Station that permits the control of one or more TN31/TN32 series mobiles. It gathers information from the mobile on its location, on calls made and on the current status of the battery. The RS-BA1 is also designed so that you can listen to your mobile on your computer using Total Remote Control. Total Remote Control is an application that runs on the Windows operating system and allows control of one or more Icom RS-BA1s. When you install it, Total Remote Control will create a shortcut on your Desktop. In order to use it, just double-click on the shortcut as you would do with any Windows application. The software will load and display a list of all available radios. Click on "RS-BA1". The software now displays the current status of all RS-BA1s connected to your computer. If for some reason, one or more RS-BA1s is not functioning properly, the software will warn you what needs to be done in order for control to be regained. A number of functions can be performed via the software. The main screen is divided into 3 main sections.
